I'm not sure what you mean about the mixer itself Thanks for the Accepted Solutions and Kudos! OK, I read your post again and I think maybe I know what you mean. I am not at my mixer but will look at it when I can later, this is where the assignment of sources and tap points of those sources is done. Why the program's and mixer interface offers 9 points for the insert, when in the channel is selected only two positions in Pre EQ and Pre Fader. Post fader of main left for one and main right for the other Always appreciated IF duly earned.ĭear Gary.

Of course, this is referring to the X32 Full Size, if you have other units, you may not have these options available to you. The Home tab of the Routing Section corresponds to the channels on the physical console and they are broken into Inputs, and Local corresponds to the physical XLR jacks on the X32 unit. With all of these inputs, the console can handle a total of 38 channels when we include the 6 aux channelsbut the majority of the channels are routed in blocks of 8.

The Routing Tab is a very important section as we can do a lot of good and a lot of harm from this very screen.
